The problem with a sudden staffing gap
A shop with one or two regular workers has no slack. When someone is sick, or a household helper doesn't show up, the usual options are slow: calling around your contacts, standing at a local labour corner and hoping, or just doing without for the day.
What Jugaadi does differently
Post what you need — the skill, the dates, roughly where — and see workers near you who've marked that skill and are pilot-verified. Book the one you want; everyone else who responded is automatically cleared. No posting fee, no agency commission in this pilot.
